Roast for about 5-10 mintues. So good!Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08415782484168822517noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3828346810951164634.post-18401619496325767692012-01-09T11:12:12.959-05:002012-01-09T11:12:12.959-05:00Good luck!Good luck!Lizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02198833390579709740noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3828346810951164634.post-11629027649975623752012-01-09T10:45:51.104-05:002012-01-09T10:45:51.104-05:00I have come to love veggies once I learned how to ...I have come to love veggies once I learned how to cook them! With the asparagus, you can oven roast it, but my favorite is just to put it in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes (til soft and tender), then toss with olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan, salt and pepper. So good.

Cauliflower is always good with cheese! :-) We also make a broccoli/cauliflower salad that is seriously good if you ever want to try it.

We use avacado in a lot of dishes (homemade guacamole, a sweet potato salad, eggs, etc). Some people eat it alone but it doesn't excite me that much.Cassidyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06024566224954821993noreply@blogger.com
